I've lived in New England, Massachusetts on the south shore specifically, for 12 years. I'm 21 and looking to go back to school to finish a film/photography program. I'm sick to death of annoying New England weather, atmosphere, and mind set. I'd go up to Vermont, Maine, even New Hampshire, but the climate would be too similar. Where are alternative places for school/life?At rock bottom, starting over, where should i move?
