Its probably because you want sunshine and you feel locked inside from your constant gaming. Sometimes i feel the same but only a little bored. Is it normal to feel depressed and isolated during the winter time?
It's known as Seasonal Affective Disorder and is very common among people who originate from sunny places and then move to areas where it's cold, cloudy and generally miserable in terms of weather. It can be treated relatively easily and is not serious. You just need to good old vitamin D (from sunshine) and some light therapy. You'll be just fine.Is it normal to feel depressed and isolated during the winter time?
you probably have S.A.D which is seasonal affective disorder. I'm not kidding, this is an actual condition, my teacher told me about it and you can look it up on google. SAD is a type of depression that affects a person during the same season each year. If you get depressed in the winter but feel good in spring and summer, you most likely have SAD. Experts believe that SAD is caused from lack of sunlight. Lack of light may upset your sleep-wake cycle and it may cause problems with a brain chemical called serotonin that affects mood. This website down there will give you more details on SAD and how to treat it.
