There are frequent sirens going off when there is bad weather here in Atlanta, GA-Sometimes when there is tornado warnings and like tonight there's a sever thunderstorm and hail warning...Ive heard the sirens 2ice now right down the street-course went to a safe place but are the sirens used for severe weather and not just tornado's? I agree sirens are ONLY used for tornadoes and in the unlikely event of planes bombing the city.
