What is the best summer make up routine/ products?

I use bare minerals now and i love them but I feel like i'm putting on a bunch of layers in the summer that just get washed off in the pool or at the beach. Because its powder it just washes off. And its too expensive to let it go to waste. All i want is a good eleliner and mascara and if there is a really good cheek stick out there that holds up well in the summertime. I live in Maine and the weather changes all the time and I just want a basic makeup routine that will hold up.



my skin is clear and tan so i dont use foundations or bronzers

Anything waterproof is a good idea, so go and see which eyeliners are waterproof.



Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof mascara is really good; I use it in the summertime, because it never washes off or runs.

Also, if you want a more complete routine, you could try buying cheap eyeshadows just for hanging by the pool or the beach so you don't waste the good stuff. They make liquid eyeshadows, of course, but I don't know how waterproof they'd be.What is the best summer make up routine/ products?

DON'T BUY DEFINE A LINE EYELINER!!!!! IT DOES'NT HOLD!

But you should buy the eyeliner and mascara though, just check the packeting and make sure that its water proof.
