My family is considering a move to Minneapolis but I've only been there briefly. I used to live in Portland, Maine and wondering if anyone if familiar with how the weather compares. Specifically, it seems Minneapolis has colder winters but maybe shorter?? Are the summers warmer and longer?How does the weather in Minneapolis compare to Portland, Maine?
Comparing the two on accuweather.com, it does appear that Minneapolis does indeed have a colder but shorter winter.
Minneapolis gets colder in the winter and slightly warmer in the summer.
