I am currently near Topsham, Maine and I heard it's supposed to start snowing really hard at any given time, is this true? I need to know weather or not to expect school cancelations. We're supposed to get over foot of snow starting sometime this morning [it is currently 4:20 a.m. here] and it hasn't started yet *looks out window*

Yes it is supposed to snow, and you are going to be getting a lot of it as well. If you don't feel comfortable going to school you shouldn't.
