Hard to say. That area is likely prepared for winter weather since it is common. I live up in the mountains of Colorado. It has been snowing non stop since Sunday. We have 4 feet of snow and schools were closed today. It's possible your schools might have delays tomorrow.
Most likely a closing if temperature are expected to remain below freezing. It's the freezing rain that does it.
