What dog has these qualities?

My dog recently escaped. My dad said if we don't find him by the first of august (current its july 29th) we'll get another. The animal shelter doesn't have any good dogs since Scout looked like a loyal buddy but is scared of everything and isn't house trained.

What dogs have all these?

easy to train

good in high chance of 4-5 ft of snow in -20 F weather (Northern usa not maine)

loves you no matter what

doesn't shed to much (it gets into my eyes and nose making i run or my eyes itch and water.)

good on a leash

doesn't dig or is easily angered

isn'tnt one to like ONLY rough housing (not destructive)

and has enough energy. (i'm somewhat lazy/hyper and will go for a good run when I'm in the mood. Otherwise I know a great fenced in area for the public to let it run in off a leash.)

my dad doesn't want yorkies, chiwawa (whatever), westies, pit bulls, and German shepard is a bit to big and hyper. Also we are getting a puppy. Scout was 11 mths so he wasn't the easiest.

All I ask from Y! A people is to give breed names (maybe with tiny de pics) and I'll research certain ones myself. Just pleas don't clutter my question by saying "idk!" ,don't go for a breeder go to the shelter!" (they don't have any puppies) "get a cat" (if scout comes back when we replace he'll run for good from a cat. ever the most timid cat could kick the crap outta that dog.)What dog has these qualities?
Newfoundland is the breed that comes to mind.

It does very well in cold weather, very affectionate, easy going, dogs are trained to be good on a leash, they don't need much exercise, easy-moderate to train, average shedder.
get a newfoundland! it sounds perfect for you, although i will say there is no breed that will follow your guidelines with out training. if you train it right most dogs will do all that stuff. like walk on a leash, the digging and so forth. although the newfoundland do shed, their hair is very soft and low allergenic. What dog has these qualities?
A Newfoundland does sound perfect. They're the definition of a gentle giant! that breed was also bred for withstanding harsh cold winters and swimming in freezing cold bodies of water to assist somebody. Perfect dog
Keeshund. - they will shed less than your super short coated breeds like Labs and the coat is easy to groom - kinda need that coat to love the snowWhat dog has these qualities?
Stuffed Animal, seriously.

"easy to train" - Lots of dogs are easy to train.

"good in high chance of 4-5 ft of snow in -20 F weather (Northern usa not maine)" -Thick Coated Breeds mainly, but that doesn't go good with the shedding. I don't see how it matters, especially if the dog lives indoors. How did Scout escape, and what breed was he?

"loves you no matter what" -EVERY dog loves you.

"doesn't shed to much (it gets into my eyes and nose making i run or my eyes itch and water.)" -Poodle, CBR, Schnauzer.

"good on a leash" -Train it.

"doesn't dig or is easily angered" -Train it.

"isn'tnt one to like ONLY rough housing (not destructive)" -Mental Stimulation %26amp; Training.

@Haley- WOW! Tibetan Terriers DEFINTIELY shed, though some of the shed hair gets caught in the long coat rather than ending up on your floor. (If you clip the coat for easier brushing, the shed hair can now fall out freely. So it's a trade-off. It's NOT a rare breed.

ETA: I own a Newf, that's why I didn't recommend it. Their fur isn't good for allergies. It's not the shedding that causes it, it's the dander. And they make LOTS of dander.
my dog is what you just talked about up there! he's a tibetan terrier (their a rare breed) but they are mountain dogs and LOVE snow, they are small and have hair not fur, so they don't shed, yet they stay warm. there hjair also makes them look bigger, but my dog is only 20 lbs! any dog is usually a lovable companion, and to add my dog is 4 but pretty energetic and happy all the time. i've trained him at a petsmart training thing, which i could've done on my own, but whatever. here's a pic:
