Actually, it can, but it may more of a cultural thing. There is actually a saying i learned in my foreign languages class, 'where it's hot, it's Hot, where it's cold it's Cold. In hotter climates with countries like Spain and Italy and Brazil and even Australia, ppl seem a little 'friendlier', and in colder palces like russia, greenland, and germany ppl seem a little 'colder'.



of course u have to take into account that ppl are individuals too, and there are exceptions- the middle east is hot but sexuality isnt really encouraged.Does the climate affect sex drive in women?
