My husband is currently stuck in Maine. He drives a big truck, and it won't start.?

Both of us are from the south where it doesn't get blow 0F. So, we aren't used to -20F weather. He is pretty much right at the Canadian border and he is stuck. His big truck won't start, and from what I've read it's the oil in the engine. He can't plug it in, his extension cords will not reach.

How can he get his truck started?? I'm in Texas, I can't do anything to help, but I have been pouring over the internet trying to help find a solution for him.My husband is currently stuck in Maine. He drives a big truck, and it won't start.?

If its a diesel the only way you will ever get it started is to plug it in. When it gets that cold up here we never shut our trucks off. sorry. You will have to get it towed.
