Surprise 15th Birthday Party?

I am throwing my friend a surprise 15th birthday party at the end of April. I live in Maine (and there is still snow on the ground at the moment. Maybe like 1-2 feet). I need help planning this party. She likes to play sports and she is a tomboy. I was thinking maybe bowling or movies, or maybe even Jokers! So here is what I need from you....

Tell me...

-Where you think we should go?

-How many people should I invite?

-What I need to buy (decorations, cake, etc.)?

-And any other activities for us to do?

KEEP IN MIND IT IS IN MAINE SO WE DON"T HAVE PERFECT WEATHER! SOMETHING INSIDE WOULD BE NICE!Surprise 15th Birthday Party?
First how much money do you have to spend?

If you do not have a lot than you should go roller skating. That is fun and a lot of people can do it at the same time.

For people it depends on how much money you have and how much she likes crowds. If she does not mind people than I would say to invite more. However I would not have more than 30

If you are going to have it in a public place than I would not worry about decorations. In some places they will not be allowed. But if you want to have them I would do a sign that says happy birthday and maybe a table cloth

Most people will be happy with talking. if you choose something like bowling or roller skating than the activity is all set for you

Keep Rolling
